The Rotary Club of Tewkesbury stage their annual Classic Vehicle Festival on the 54-acre site at Tewkesbury School Playing Fields. Over 1000 classic vehicles will be on display, from the dawn of the motoring era, to pre-war, post-war, American classics, custom cars, hot rods to supercars. See photos from previous events further down.
There are over 100 Market Stalls, Auto Jumble, BBQ, Teas, cakes and live period music too, for example previously, from the Haywood Sisters.
It's a great value family day out, whilst raising vital money for great causes. This is the Rotary Clubs' biggest charity annual fundraiser, over £100,000 has been donated since the events inception. For example previous beneficiaries have been Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice and Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
For 2019 to commemorate 50 years of the cult movie 'The Italian Job' organisers are delighted to announce a special Open Air Cinema Night on Saturday 17 August to be held the night before the popular Classic Vehicle Festival. Bring deckchairs and join us for a fun-filled evening’s entertainment watching this 1969 cult classic, often considered to be one of Britain's greatest ever comedy capers famed for its endlessly quotable dialogue and of course that famous car chase! (see film ticket button below).
There's simply too much to mention here, there's over 200 classic motorcycles, Honda, Cotton, Yamaha, Harley Davidson, Moto Guzzi, AGS, Triumph, Royal Enfield, Rudge, Baker, BMW, Norton, Velocette, Francis Barnett and Matchless. The Midlands Air Ambulances are providing a helmet park for a £1 donation.
Car Parking is provided FREE on site to visitors. Sorry NO dogs allowed.
