Tewkesbury's Summer Beer Festival began in 2019 following 25 years of the increasingly popular Tewkesbury Winter Ales Festival (TWAF), which is held at the George Watson Hall early in February.
At this Summer Beer Festival there will be at least 20 Real Ales and Ciders, Music, Entertainment, BBQ and a Hog Roast.
The event is being held in the wonderful Abbey Garden (see photos below), supported by Tewkesbury CAMRA volunteers. The garden also hosts the Food and Drink Festival in June and Armour at the Abbey in May.

Tewkesbury is also famous for it's ancient hostilieries still open today, one serving beer since before 1308 (the Black Bear currently being refurbed), the Cross House Tavern, a recently restored Victorian local Real Ales house and the Berkeley Arms with 12th century elements (see link buttons at the foot of this page).
There are also many Independent Retailers, Coffee Shops, Food Outlets and Award Winning Restaurants, all providing a range of quality and choice not found anywhere else and congestion free.
Car Parking is available on street (1 hour) and a short walk away, please look for car park signs near the Summer Beer Festival or click the button above to view the Location Map.
